The Molli is a narrow gauge, steam-powered railway in Mecklenburg, Northern Germany. It runs between Bad Doberan and Kühlungsborn West, a distance of 15.4 km. The journey, along linden tree-lined avenues and across fields alongside the Baltic Sea, takes 40 minutes. In Bad Doberan the railway tracks are built into the road. The trains run along the centre of the main street, to the delight of car drivers, shopkeepers, and smut-covered pedestrians. Nearby, you can - or you could - see this disused and abandoned station, decorated with the obligatory graffiti, standing, posing almost in the mid-summer heat.
